This agreement releases Homeschoolers of Pinellas and North Dunedin Baptist Church from all liability relating to injuries that may occur to you, anyone in your family (including minors) or anyone you bring with you (including minors) when participating in our classes or using any of the facilities, either indoors or outdoors.
By agreeing, you agree to hold Homeschoolers of Pinellas and North Dunedin Baptist Church entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
You also acknowledge the risks involved in participating in our classes or using any of the facilities at the North Dunedin Baptist Church, either indoors or outdoors. These include but are not limited to minor injuries, major injuries, bruised egos and mental anguish. You swear that you are participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to you.
Additionally, you or anyone accompanying you (including minors) do not have any conditions that will increase your or their likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in this activity.
This agreement also releases Homeschoolers of Pinellas and North Dunedin Baptist Church from all liability related to parking your vehicle under the trees on campus. You understand the risk involved in the event that a tree or branch falls on you or your car during, before and after classes. We encourage you to park in the designated parking spots but also note that the trees and branches could still fall on your car depending on location.
By agreeing you forfeit all right to bring a suit against Homeschoolers of Pinellas or North Dunedin Baptist Church for any reason. In return, you will be able to attend our classes and participate in our events. You will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as listed in writing and as explained to you verbally. You will ask for clarification when needed.
