Go beyond the basics of cooking and travel around the world on a Culinary adventure of cuisine with classically trained Chef Kris! We’ll be exploring cooking through different cultures including:

– Italy

– Greece

– France

– Syria

– Morocco

– Thailand

– Japan

– Korea

– Mexico

We’ll continue to enhance kids’ basic knife and culinary skills, as well as introduce new flavor pairings, learn about how flavors, spices and more are used in different cuisines and start applying heat to food. At the end of the semester, kids will have the opportunity to show off their skills and win prizes in a Top Chef-style competition!

Note: As this class is a more advanced class using some heat and more involved recipes, pre-requisite for this class is Chef Jr. or Little Chefs 1.

This class is a 10-week class, as Chef Kris will be traveling (and bringing back yummy goodies to taste!) on a previously scheduled trip Weeks 2-3). Price has been adjusted to reflect this change. Cash, Check or Venmo @ChefKrisDov accepted.
