Let’s learn Yoga through PLAY! Join, Lisa Dryden, Certified 200 Hour Yoga Instructor, for a FUN-filled Kids Yoga Class! We will play our favorite childhood games like-the floor is lava, freeze dance, red light green light, and simon says. We will dance to lively music with bubbles, hula hoops, balls, color/craft, using our imaginations, etc. all while learning our yoga poses and breathing techniques. This class is designed to be active, & letting kids be kids! We will build strength, flexibility, and learn breathing techniques all through play! Each week will focus on a different area of the body incorporating health concepts- like immune system functions, muscular system, heart/lung/ brain functions, etc.
