Students will spend the semester working in their nature journals. Through books, songs, crafts, and nature walks we will learn all about the world around them. This semester we will focus on weather and seasons.
Kids will take turns bringing in nature “treasures” they find and sharing them with the group. We will collect them throughout the semester and then take part in the Nature Pen Pal Exchange. Mailing our nature findings to a different part of the country and receiving a box of nature finds to explore as a group!

Class will be outdoors all semester. We will have rain covering, but dress accordingly for cold December days!
