Chef Jr : Kid Classics – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner! (Kristin Dovbniak)

Ages: 10-14

Fee: $120 plus $60 non refundable materials fee


Calling all Junior Chefs! In this brand new Chef Jr. class taught by trained Chef Kris, we’ll focus on easy to make (but flavor packed) classic meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner to encourage kids to confidently cook solo!

Kids will continue to build on or learn basic knife and culinary skills, as well as learn new skills and flavors. Twice a semester, kids will have the opportunity to show off their skills and win prizes in a Top Chef-style competition! Our goal with this class is that your kids will feel confident enough to make themselves (and their family!) simple breakfasts, lunches and dinners (while building on foundational cooking skills). Please note kids will be (safely) interacting with heat during this class.

– Scrambled eggs + fruit salad

– Buttermilk Pancakes

– French Toast


– Grilled cheese & (homemade) tomato soup

– DIY Pesto Pizza Skewers

– Air Fryer/Oven Taquitos


– Homemade Mac & Cheese

– Stir Fry

– Burgers & Oven Fries

– Easy Fajitas

Kids will be interacting with ingredients and sampling foods/bringing home samples of food, so please make sure to let us know of any food allergies or sensitivities (we can accommodate as much as we can, but can not guarantee zero cross contamination based on the nature of class).
