Let’s explore the art of sweet treats!
In this class we will learn the basics of baker and sugar confectionery. We will practice making baked goods, desserts, and candies; including breads, cookies, cakes, pies, lollipops, brittles, and chocolates. We will also incorporate decorating techniques, garnishes, and create a dessert charcuterie.
