Introduction to soccer. Every session will include dynamic warm-ups, speed & agility conditioning, and basic skills with the ball. Each skill will be broken down to learn the proper mechanics of soccer specific movements, athletic and skills development and motor learning all through fun activities, drills, and game play. These young athletes will also learn the benefits of teamwork as they learn to play the game in a positive and engaging manner. Can’t wait to get on the field with your athletes!!
