- 11/1/19-11/25/19 – Priority class submission period for current teachers
- 11/26/19-12/20/19 – Class submission period (classes accepted for review in order received). * Please note: Teacher submissions may end earlier if we fill to capacity.
- 12/31/19 – Notify teachers of their approved classes
- 1/8/20 – Offered classes listed on HOP website
- 1/22/20 – Meet & Greet (Meet teachers and discuss classes before registration begins – 11:30am-2:30pm) *this is mandatory for all teachers*
- 1/22/20- 1/24/20 – (7pm through midnight) – Priority registration For Teachers, Staff and volunteer assistants ONLY
- 1/25/20 10am – midnight – Priority Registration for returning families. Must have attended at least 2 semesters of HOP. Registrations not meeting this requirement will be cancelled.
- 1/26/20 10am – midnight – Priority Registration for returning families. Must have attended at least 1 semester of HOP. Registrations not meeting this requirement will be cancelled.
- 1/27/20 10am – Open Registration for all families begins at 10am

- 3/11/20 – 5th class day (2nd payment due to teachers)
- 3/18/20 -Spring Break – No Classes
- 3/25/20 – – 6th class day
- 4/1/20 – 7th class day
- 4/8/20 – 8th class day
- 4/15/20 – 9th class day
- 4/22/20 – 10th Class day
- 4/29/20 – 11th class day
- 5/6/20 – 12th class day (last class of the semester)
