Let’s get moving! Each week we’ll warm up with some stretches and light cardio (i.e. jumping jacks, hula hooping, and jump roping). We will play fun games like Simon Says, Do As I’m Doing, and Freeze Tag plus activities like relay races, a dance party, and so much more! We will end each class with a short yoga cool down. No sports here, just fun games that get those bodies in motion! Students will receive their own hula hoop, jump rope, and sports cones to take home at the end of the semester. Payment is accepted via cash or through Venmo [@hltrow811] or PayPal [hltrow811@gmail.com] as a payment to friends and family only.
